1. Our services

We provide residential and commercial plumbing services in Dubai, including emergency plumbing, leak repair and detection, drain unblocking, tap, shower and toilet work, jet spray fitting and water heater services. Descriptions on this website are for general information and do not guarantee that a particular job can be completed in a single visit.

2. Bookings

• You can book by phone, WhatsApp or the website form.
• A booking is confirmed when we agree an arrival time with you.
• Arrival times are estimates and may change because of traffic, access or earlier jobs. We will keep you informed.
• You must give accurate details about the problem and location, and make sure someone is available to give access.

3. Pricing and payment

• We explain how labour and spare parts are charged before work begins.
• Spare parts and materials are charged separately at market rates unless we agree otherwise.
• If work turns out to be larger than expected, we will tell you and ask for your approval before continuing.
• A call-out or inspection charge may apply if you decide not to proceed after the plumber has inspected the problem. We will tell you this when you book.
• Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise. We will confirm accepted payment methods when you book.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

Please tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We may charge for a wasted visit if our plumber arrives and cannot access the property or no one is available.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the work area and to the main water isolation valve.
• Make sure you have permission from the owner, landlord or building management to have the work done.
• Tell us about known hazards in the work area.
• Move fragile items and valuables away from the work area.

6. Workmanship and warranty

We carry out work with reasonable skill and care. If you have a problem with completed work, contact us as soon as possible after the visit and we will review it and, where the issue is related to our work, put it right. Manufacturer warranties apply to products as stated by the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party work, normal wear and tear, or faults unrelated to the work we did.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss or damage caused by pre-existing faults, hidden defects, or the condition of existing pipes, fittings and structures that we could not reasonably have discovered. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Website use

• You may use this website for lawful purposes only.
• All content, logos and designs belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
• We try to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that the website is always complete, current or free of errors.

9. Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party sites and services, including WhatsApp and our operator’s website. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Dubai, unless the law requires otherwise.
